I've been a certified personal trainer since 2009 and a fitness enthusiast since 1993. I've struggled with disordered eating, depression, anxiety, and the frustration of being stuck in unhealthy habits. I found mindfulness in 2013 and have built up my own skills and want to reach and help as many people as possible to use these skills to change their habits for good... forever... to be fit forever.
