6 Minute Mobility Program

This is 60 days (9 Weeks) of guided mobility videos- 3 stretching videos per week (about 6 minutes each), plus a bonus mobility “workout” (10 minutes or less).

Weekly emails to keep you on track, but you can go at your own pace and on your schedule.

Biggest complaints I hear from clients are:

1) I don’t have time &

2) I need to stretch more

So I’ve made it easy for you! All you need is to find 6 minutes a few times a week.

Videos are categorized by hips & back, upper body (shoulders and upper back), total body, and one “workout” which is more continuous movement/dynamic stretching.
